1. General Provisions

1. This is the latest Terms of Service agreement as of October 1, 2022.
2. laren.me may, in its sole discretion, modify or review these Terms of Service at any time without notice. All recent modifications or amendments made by laren.me supersede all previous agreements and become effective on the date of publication.
3. Your continued use of the Service after the most recent amendment constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms of Service. You further agree to be informed of the latest changes to the Terms of Service by periodically reviewing the laren.me website.
4. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Service or do not agree to any or all of the terms, please do not sign up.
5. By placing an order with our panel, you will automatically accept all of the Terms of Service listed below, whether you read them or not.

2. Sign up

1. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have become an independent minor and are fully capable and qualified to enter into the terms and conditions set out in these Terms of Service and to observe and comply with them.
2. When registering for an account, you may not use false information, including false names, false emails, false phone numbers or addresses. Any attempt to spoof data will result in your account being disabled.

3. Services

1. The sole purpose of the laren.me service is to be used for social media promotion.
2. You may not intentionally exploit the System, including but not limited to gaining an advantage, exploiting speed or any other error, instead of purchasing from the Site or using regular features.
3. You must not make your account private, restrict it to any country/region, change links or delete posts/tweets/accounts/videos, etc., or apply any Settings that may affect the normal delivery of the Services. If this is done, the service will be deemed to have been delivered and no refund will be made.
4. Services listed as non-drop/lifetime warranty refer to the life of the service or 180 days, whichever is later. Social media sites are constantly updating their security. Therefore, the lifetime warranty is limited to the life of the service.
5. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences, including accounts or pages, banned or deleted photos, and we will not issue any refunds or compensation in these cases.
6. We are not responsible if your account is banned for any reason, please make sure that you are responsible for any actions you initiate and laren.me is not affiliated with any social network provided
7. laren.me brings you to make your life easier by automating processes. We do not encourage spam and illegal activities. We will block any adult content or illegal content without warning
8. You are responsible for complying with any social networks you use and any laws you comply with. Your use of laren.me is at your own risk.
9. All services offered in the market are provided without any warranties unless the services are stated as "supplemented" or "guaranteed". If no supplement or warranty is mentioned, it should be assumed that there is no warranty available for the service.

4. Purchase of

   4.1 Overview

1. You agree that, at the time of purchase, you clearly understand and agree that you are purchasing the product and that no fraudulent disputes or refunds will be raised.
2. In the event of a fraudulently attempted dispute, we grant the right to reset your account, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address and all email addresses in connection with purchases made on the Website, if necessary.
3. Our services will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or social accounts and only to help enhance your "look".
4. You may only use laren.me in a manner that follows all agreements with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youku/other social media sites on their personal Terms of Service pages.

   4.2 Order book

1. Our service does not cancel orders once they are placed. By placing an order, you accept that we will not be able to cancel the order even if the service name is not 100% accurate, you enter the wrong URL or there are any other problems.
2. laren.me does not guarantee the delivery time of any of the services. We provide the best estimate of the delivery time of the order. This is only an estimate and laren.me will not refund if you believe an order being processed is taking too long.
3. Unless otherwise stated, we do not guarantee that your new followers/members/subscribers will interact with you, we only guarantee that you get the services you pay for.
4. If the account is set to private, the service is marked as completed and no service is required. Make sure the account is set to public when placing an order at laren.me.
5. If you change your username while the service is in progress, delivery will fail, in which case we will not be able to refund.
6. If you remove the post/change the link while the service is in progress, the delivery will fail, in which case we will not be able to refund.
7. If you change your username after the Follower service is delivered, the automatic recharge will not be delivered, in which case we will not be able to refund.
8. Placing orders from different sources at the same time on the same link may lead to delivery problems, in which case we will not be able to help and another provider may say that their work is valid and that no one can justify it.
   

5. Disclaimer of Liability

1. You agree to use laren.me at your own risk. laren.me is not liable for any or all damages that you or your business may suffer.
2. laren.me does not guarantee the uptime or availability of the website as it uses the Internet to provide its services.
3. As laren.me offers non-refundable goods, you agree that after purchase, you cannot cancel/stop or delete any action this initiates.
4. laren.me is not affiliated with Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, or Twitter. All logos used are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
5. laren.me strives to deliver what dealers expect from us. In such cases, we reserve the right to change the service type if we deem it necessary to fulfill the order.

6.Change of terms

1. These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. Notice of change will be deemed to have been given and effective on the date it is posted on our website. The changes made will be effective on the date of Posting on our website. laren.me may continue to use our website without notice.
